The EVOST III Series Lat & Pull is a dual-function machine with
positions for lat pull and medium rowing. It has an easily
adjustable thigh holding padding, an extended seat and a skirting
board to facilitate both exercises.Without leaving the seat, you can
quickly switch to another training by making simple adjustments
to maintain the continuity of the training.
